How to make your reservation
Please make sure to read the “Lodging Agreement and House Rules” before filling out the reservation form.

- Pick check-in and check-out dates.
- Select paid and unpaid options.
- Put in any other requests or questions.
Pine Luxury Homestay will verify the information.
We will answer your inquiries as soon as possible and when everything is clear between you and PLH, we will send you the invoice by email, in which we will ask you for a 50% deposit by your credit card. The payment system is run by a third company, named Square. So PLH does not keep any of your credit card info.
As soon As we receive your payment, a Reservation Completion E-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. At this point, your reservation is confirmed.
The maximum number of your stays is limited to 3 nights.
Please ask us if you wish to stay for more than 4 days.

Payment
A 50% deposit is made at the time of your reservation by credit card. The rest is paid by credit card or cash when you check-in.
An additional payment during your stay can be made by credit card or cash
- 1 night stay: The deadline is approximately 96 hours from the date of application.
- 2 nights or more stay: The deadline is approximately 72 hours from the date of application.
- If your payment is not made by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cautions
- One child under 6 years old is free of charge, but two or more children count as one adult.
- No one other than guests are allowed in PLH at any time.
- As a general rule, check-in time is 15:00. However, if you are using our optional services, we will accommodate early check-in.
- Check-out time is 10:00. If you wish to check out late, there will be an additional charge. Please note that there might be a situation that we may not be able to accommodate your late check-out request.
- Meals are not provided, but there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. We can provide transportation to supermarkets on your request. BBQ is also available.
- Please make every effort to keep quiet after 20:00 at night.
- PLH is not responsible for any accidents or theft in PLH or parking lot.
- Any violations to House Rules or Lodging Agreement will be dealt with in accordance with Lodging Agreement.
Other Prohibitions
- Smoking
All areas of the property are non-smoking. Please smoke outside in the area designated by the manager. - Equipment
Guests are responsible for Any damage to equipment caused by guests. - BBQ
You are free to use our BBQ area. - Fireworks
Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited. - Other prohibited matters stated in the Lodging Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your stay for any reason will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
- No cancellation fee will be charged only in case of road closure (except for some sections), railroad suspension, or flight cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters.

However, bank transfer charges for refunds shall be borne by the guest. In addition, if the guest has made a reservation through an online travel agent, the penalty fee set by the respective agent shall prevail.
